Septic System Inspection

The purpose of this existing POWTS (Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment System) evaluation is to provide a professional opinion of the apparent functional status of the system located at the property described herein, on the date of observation. The evaluation and report will conform to the standards of practice set forth in the WOWRA Manual for Evaluating Existing POWTS.

Private Well Inspection

Although not required by DNR, many buyers and sellers choose to have the well and pressure system inspected, and some lending institutions require it. Similar to a home inspection, inspection of the well provides valuable information about the property, specifically the well’s construction and the quality of the drinking water it produces

Infrared Roof Survey - $299

We use state of the are DJI drones to Infrared survey the roof to look for moisture leaks and air leaks. This will show you where you need to button up your home to keep it more energy efficient and comfortable.
